The FIDECO office building is designed with 7 floors and 2 basements, on an area of 1,238m2, with a total construction floor area of 6,394.9m2, construction density of about 60%. The main function is office and commercial rental services. The building is designed according to the model of a professional and high-class office by an Italian architect and his associates, with high ceilings, wide floor, fully equipped with 4.0 technology-appropriate utilities, creating a Scientific and comfortable working environment, helping to enhance the creativity of users as well as increase the ability to interact with colleagues around.
The project has 3 elevators, of which 1 is for service and 2 for customers with suitable design so that even disabled people can easily access and move. In addition, the arrangement of fire prevention and fighting systems, emergency exits as well as parking lots, etc., all meet Vietnam’s construction regulations and standards.
